Thank you for shopping at Uniform Sports/ Vegas Sports and Hockey! We want to ensure your shopping experience is exceptional. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that order processing may take longer during high-volume periods or holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
- Transit times depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
- Standard domestic delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days once shipped.
3. In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our retail store location in Las Vegas.
- After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24 hours.
- We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions.
- Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid government-issued photo ID with you.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of generation.
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
- Uniform Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
